A bachelors programme in Electrical Engineering was started in the Academic Year 2012-2013 with an intake of 60 students. The department offers four-year under-graduate program in Electrical Engineering.

The department provides opportunities to the students to work in state of the art laboratories like Basic Electrical Engineering ,Power System Protection, Electrical Machines, Control Systems & Instrumentation.

The most important asset of the department is the team of young, dedicated and well qualified faculty members. All the faculty members posses Master�s degree in the various specialized fields of electrical engineering
